Refund policy

It's our highest priority that you're always 100% happy with your order. If you're at all unhappy please email us at info@thecraftedgoat.com so we can work with you to provide a solution.

To return an item or store credit, your purchased items must be shipped back to us at your expense, in the original packaging and the same condition it was when you received it. PLEASE NOTE ALL CUSTOM ORDER SALES ARE FINAL.

All our orders are package with goat love but we can't promise it's handled with that same love after it leaves our studio. In the case that your items arrive damaged, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order. We'll do our best to solve the problem, whether that's through replacement, exchange, or a store credit.

Please note that all monitors/screens can affect the color of our products. While we always aim to photograph our products so you see "true color", the colors onscreen may vary or appear slightly different in-person.
