Shipping policy

If you need to cancel or make any adjustments to your order, please email info@thecraftedgoat.com within 4 hours of placing your order

All orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail with tracking. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please email info@thecraftedgoat.com with your name and order number, and we'll do our best to track it down.

All our orders are package with goat love but we can't promise it's handled with that same love after it leaves our studio. In the case that your items arrive damaged, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order. We'll do our best to solve the problem, whether that's through replacement, exchange, or a store credit.
